Good gosh man... Revive the blog! Is the Noble on the road yet? Did you celebrate the holidays in style? Are you now a multi-billionaire? I find it next to impossible that you've got no thoughts on things like Super Bowl ads, a hairless Britney, or Alienware's service and support...

Of course, it's all good if you've been busy and working hard too...

Took 10 weeks total, but that included the holidays. They do charge you the normal tax, and it is based on the value of chassis + drivetrain + any other parts. Basically the total purchase price. The Noble really is an awesome car. I'll be posting pics and videos here soon.

Any luck with this? I've been toying around with getting an Ariel Atom but haven't seen any good description of how to title/register/tag it in Virginia.

I'm also wondering if you have to pay personal property tax on a kit car/SCV and how they would assess it but again there's no info out there.

Let me know how this goes and what an awesome car the Noble is!

It was nice that Steve stopped by, and I do realize he doesn't probably work on weekends, but I'm still waiting on a reply from my e-mail to Steve on Nov 30. Dec 4 today.

Travis, if this all falls though, I've been hearing really good things of late on Voodoo PC's. I'm not sure what price range you were in and what you needed from the system, but I've heard nothing but raving reviews of the new OMEN from them. Check it out as needed... They're a little more flashy (that part I dislike) but they've also got a good track record.

Finally, give this a read if you have some time... Some elements closely mimic what you've been going through: http://www.badsoftware.com/alienwaresucks/
